How to Synchronize Microsoft Outlook on Two PCs:
Just follow these simple steps:
- Download and Install Sync2 on a computer where Microsoft Outlook needs to be synchronized;
- Launch Sync2 and create a new synchronization profile;
- Choose FTP server, Local Network or External Storage and select 4Team Sharing Service option;
- Enter your email and password;
- Click “Finish” to start synchronization immediately or configure advanced synchronization settings.
- Launch Sync2 and create a new synchronization profile;
- Select "I have my Sync2 synchronization ID" option and enter ID you have received after adding the 1st PC;
- Click “Finish” to complete synchronization wizard or configure advanced synchronization settings.
You can choose different synchronization options using:
Local Network, Personal FTP server or External storage device.
In a short time, your calendar events will be synchronized.
