Unfortunately, the Microsoft recommended fix for my MS Outlook problem was to delete the ost file for my IMAP account which was what contained my Sync2 configuration. Good thing is 4Team provided me the 175-page user manual which I'll try to use to figure this out. Sadly, I lost the work I got with my paid support.
