Please follow these steps:
"Do you have a Sync2 Synchronization ID?". Choose "I don't have a Sync2 Synchronization ID" and click "Next >".
"Select Connection and Location Type". Choose "Internet" from the list of synchronization types and click "Next >".
"Select Internet Service". Choose "4Team Sharing Service or my FTP Server" and click "Next >".
"Select FTP Server". Choose "4Team Sharing Service" and click "Next >".
"4Team Sharing Service Email Address". Enter an e-mail address that you want to use for 4Team Sharing Service account identification and click "Next >".
Important: Allow this connection by your firewall or any antivirus products if the "Connection error" window pops-up and click "Next >" again.
"4Team Sharing Service Password". Enter a password for the 4Team Sharing service account (>6 letters or numbers) and click "Next >".
"4Team Sharing Service – Account Status". Review your account status, make sure your account is active and click "Next >". If your account is not active, choose another account by clicking the "< Back" button 2 times and entering another e-mail (step 5), or contact us for help.
"General Settings Configured". At this point standard synchronization settings are configured. The default Outlook folders (Calendar, Contacts, Inbox, Journal, Notes, Sent Items, Tasks) are suggested with some pre-defined synchronization filters. Click "Finish" to start synchronization. Check the "Configure advanced synchronization settings" checkbox if you need to select custom Outlook folders and/or adjust synchronization filters for each folder.
A dialog with instructions on how to configure synchronization on other computer(s) will appear. If Synchronization ID is provided, write it down, print it or send it via e-mail with the help of the action buttons in this dialog. This Synchronization ID may be used on other computers to simplify the synchronization configuration there.
