Tyler was very helpful and very quick. The remote session and ongoing chat helped us to be quite productive--chatting while we waited for a sync to complete. Overall, a very good remote support experience.

Andrew and Logan both provided exceptional and prompt customer service. Andrew quickly determined that I had a question that required an agent with the skill to answer it, he quickly switched my chat to Logan. Logan answered all of my questions with obvious knowledge and understanding of my questions. Kudos to both of them!
