I found the agent really quick and communicative and appropriate. It's very reassuring having the supportiveness. The agent was excellent... very! The only thing I wonder is if we could've considered the synccloud option sooner. But he was absolutely great. I can't comment on the product as I'm still setting it up. Sync2 seemed good, but I only realised it left apple to its own devices with syncing with google and though the agent helped really well with this, there were one or 2 further considerations and I decided to swop for the cloud option.

Representative was very helpful and resolved my problem, however, I have little idea what he did, since I'm just trying to watch pointer movements with no discussion about what's happening. A phone connection would be nice.
