Service was way above expectations. Product could use a few enhancements to make configuration go faster like ability to change multiple filters rather than one at a time. Maybe some user friendly troubleshooting could help as well.

You might want to work on adding the capability to save settings and configuraiton to a file to aid in migration from one computer to another
