Nice contact. Daniel tried hard to solve the problem and refers me to Samsung, but it used to work previously, but does not any longer, have not changed any settings. Problem still exists and my frustration grows further day by day.

Support were responsive but not able to help me very much. However, I did not completely understand Synch2's capabilities and limitations until my contact with support, so not entirely their fault.
