Jeff was fabulous! I'd been hesitant to contact Support. However, he made it easy for me. While it took quite a while to fix the issue, I was more than happy to make the time because it means the calendar on my phone won't have duplicates anymore. I've always recommended Sync2 to others because I've been happy with the product. Now I can also highly recommend the Support!
