I am so glad you were able to take control of the computer to adjust the settings on my behalf, or we would be on the phone all evening trying to fix this.

Service is excellent. Without the service the tool is of much less use. I was an EVP at Aspen Tech (oil co. software) and without good service the SW was useless. Tyler did a great job.
