The agent Jeff did a great job. I find the process of syncing two computers a little confusing, but the support team has been very helpful.

In my ignorance I didn't understand that sync2 and sync2 cloud were duplicate programs and when Installed them both on my PC it caused significant issues with Outlook. Daniel explained things to me then helped me resolve them. He is a real asset to your organization.
