Jeff found the major problem quickly. The Outlook screen View is still not perfect but its OK and working. Changing the font to make the screen better was not solved

I would suggest that the documentation be augmented for those of us who are not Google experts. I admit to not knowing much about Google and how it works. I am an Outlook bigot
