It's crashed a few times on me since downloading it, but it's syncing, so it's still worth it.

I've used Sync2 for years and have been very happy with it. Had a recent glitch, caused by an Operating System failure, and reinstallation of Sync 2 which, initially wasn't working. I mistakenly loaded Sync2 Cloud on top of it, which caused a feedback loop that duplicated Outlook Contacts to the point the program was no longer syncing properly. Your tech support staff helped to immediately identify the problem, then go a step above and beyond to work on fixing it. I've been happy with your tech support in the past when I had some issues, and am even more so now. Thank you.

Your product works fine for what it promises. My issue is overall calendar management, which is not what Sync2 is designed for. I appreciated Jeff's patience in helping me get a better appreciation of that
