Thank you 4Team! I had a recurring daily reminder at 7:45am to manually copy all my appointments from my work calendar to my Google calendar. My co-worker recommended Sync2, so I've been using it for the last few weeks and I have not missed a call -- thank you for this!

as i discovered during the chat, choosing a sync2 version and configuring it has a few confusing aspects

The product seems to have problems with a shared calendar that I'm linked to. The service is excellent.
