Should not have been as difficult/confusing to handle the update. Your phone guy said all was in order, when it wasn't. You need to reengineer what I just went through. There must be a way to avoid the problem

I originally had a problem figuring out why the program was not syncing with my phone. Tyler helped me through that. Then when I chatted back to thank Tyler, Jeff took that message then Walker took care of converting from the trial version to the paid version. All of the people were very helpful. I hope the software works as well as it appears at first glance. Thanks RGD

I was very concerned about after paying the money that I still would not be able to sync my google calendar with outlook. The techs were very professional and helped me to make it happen!
