Jeff helped me get part of the way there. My Google calendar on my computer syncs with my Outlook calendar on my computer, however my android phone is not linked and I must be causing an error. Jeff said to talk to my mobile support.

Great service from Tyler. I find it very useful to give control of the PC to your staff as I'm not au fait with any of it. Or very little! Many thanks
