The support (Tylor) impressed me with his very broad and deep knowledge of the area.
Also the switch to your sales for purchase of 3 licenses went very smooth.
He also took me through some clean-up phases in a very fine way.
And the speed of handling your tools online via my PC is absolutely in the high speeding-area. Still, I was able to follow around, as he via the chat gave me advice/instructions.
This is for sure one of the best support-experiences, I've ever had (being a professional IT-project manager with the age of 50+, I have been given a lot of support during the years :-))
