I can't rate the product because I haven't tried to use it. I've been dealing with the industry for almost 60 years and the communication and understanding of your people was as good as I have experienced. Yes, 60 years. I started in 1959, got involved with the new wave in 1976 when I met with Steve Jobs in his parent's garage.

SYNC 2 is a great product but your customer service is even better!!!!! Your service is the best in the bussiness.

If ever there is a point to do the syncs also direcly with the different calendars on the different phones at the same time with the different calendars existing this would be great :)... there must be loads...

Just what I needed. Just couldn't understand from the website!!

Problem now in my lap, as product apparently working properly Outlook to Google. Now I need to get Android and Google to "talk."

Tylerdid an OUTstanding job with my sync issue. I should have purchased the license 9 months ago and saved myself a lot of disenchantment! I highly recommend this software to users of Outlook who have a Samsung Android phone. Well done!
