Great product; even better support!

Support is great, and rated product down one notch. Only because Outlook or something happens to trash the Sync2 profile(s) a couple times a year. I understand that is something beyond your control. Your always there to fix but still feel bad you have to. I think after watching a few times can fix them now. Would be nice to have a flow chart of steps to be sure/safe.

As I stated during the chat, I have found Sync2 to be a very useful tool, and like it a lot. Thanks for having it, and for the excellent help in solving my problem.

Only one query: I had a very old version of the software. Why doesn't it update automatically?
