the technician, I believe name was Tad?, was very helpful - patient and professional. I don't know for sure if everything is working properly yet as it will take a while for all the sync operations with mine and wife's Outlook and Google to catch up, but Tad? was very nice on the chat.

Instructions for re-activation need to be clearer. Never mentioned that I have to deactivate to reactivate
