the technician, I believe name was Tad?, was very helpful - patient and professional. I don't know for sure if everything is working properly yet as it will take a while for all the sync operations with mine and wife's Outlook and Google to catch up, but Tad? was very nice on the chat.

Tad did an absolutley exceptional job sorting both My PC's and restoring Sync2 onto my new machine worth every penny i spent on also having Outlook optimised. Fantastic job all well done! Nick Gelsthorpe
