I think problem has been resolved. I will know after using it for a day or so. Jeff completely restarted the program & profile after getting rid of all the duplicates that had been created and had not deleted from the other computers when I deleted them on one computer & synced. We had a bit of a rocky start. I was annoyed when he was going to send me to "HELP" after I had spent at least a day on Sync2 & had enlisted assistance of my IT person because when I added 4th computer, the network profile completely disappeared on all 4 computers and Joe had to recreate the network. He did that but after that the problems began. Sync 2 was going through the process but not syncing data. However, once told Jeff that I wanted a remote session, he worked very hard to solve my problem. He was polite and stuck it out past closing time.It took quite awhile because I have 4 computers on Sync 2.

Should not have been as difficult/confusing to handle the update. Your phone guy said all was in order, when it wasn't. You need to reengineer what I just went through. There must be a way to avoid the problem

I originally had a problem figuring out why the program was not syncing with my phone. Tyler helped me through that. Then when I chatted back to thank Tyler, Jeff took that message then Walker took care of converting from the trial version to the paid version. All of the people were very helpful. I hope the software works as well as it appears at first glance. Thanks RGD
