The support was great but we will have to try and complete the synchronization another time.

The chat person was excellent. The problem is that the ultimate solution could have been reach in a much shorter time by talk and possible screen sharing. I hate chat. In the past I have "finally" solved a problem only when personal discussion and screen share was accomplished, and then it was excellent.

i still have the problem, but now I understand why...it has nothing to do with Sync....My calendar is simply too big by a wide margin for Google Calendar. I will split the calendar and will work with period filters for at least carry enough history in my phone for my basic needs. Thanks Tad.

Extraordinary effort by Tad to discover the cause of corrupt sync files and fix the problem -- WAY beyond my means to have done this. He even told me I could sync with my phone which I did not know sync2 could do! Excellent CSR!!!

Both sales and service were excellent. Other software vendors should take pointers from your staff... Like Quicken...Customer support 0 out of 10.
