Product is ok. It is annoying to have to authorize access to the Google account several times a day

As someone not very knowledgeable nor comfortable with computers I found the chat providers very helpful and understanding.

Larry very efficiently solved my problem presenting me with a pre-populated purchase screen after explaining how my license and support had expired. He even provided the activation code that allowed me to proceed with my day's work without having to wait for your email with the code. Good work guys.
