As someone not very knowledgeable nor comfortable with computers I found the chat providers very helpful and understanding.

Larry very efficiently solved my problem presenting me with a pre-populated purchase screen after explaining how my license and support had expired. He even provided the activation code that allowed me to proceed with my day's work without having to wait for your email with the code. Good work guys.

I think Walker confirmed that I can sync a Samsung S10e with Outlook 2007 on Windows 10 - will give your trial version a go and see how it does.
