I like sync 2 very much but it seems to have problems every few months. your tech support has always been excellent. you must have a great training program. thank so much

Absolutely brilliant service provided by Tyler. First time I have ever let someone else take control of my laptop and Tyler fixed the problem --- fantastic service especially as the problem lay with Microsoft!
