Had to resolve a duplication error as my appointments kept multiplying but this was due to my wrong duplicate installation. Support straight away resolved it. Thank you

This is the second time in the same afternoon that I elected to add additional features to sync2. Both times I found the sales persons very patient, understanding and eager to help. The help received was targeted and correct. A real welldone done Guys!
