I am very grateful to Daniel for assisting me - he took the time to get both machines sync'd and working properly. I want to work with the program a couple of days, but will most certainly purchase it - and tell my colleagues about it. Thank you again.

Both times, the level of customer service via the chats (which I normally hate) was outstanding. Excellent doesnt do it justice. I really like tech savvy customer support. I sure beats getting a woman in India who has just seen a computer for the first time this month! Thanks again.
