Sync2 has been a mixed blessing at best - when it works it's great but it seems every time there's a hiccough I have to start a tech support session to resolve it.

This is the way to go. I have been struggling with this problem for years, and they appear to have gotten it set up in minutes. I say that as it is syncing and backing up...
