Great help, and speedy service. Reason for "No" on resolution is not the fault of your operator; it's an ongoing issue with Office update that you guys are still trying to resolve. Thanks!

Second time I've used the support service, and it was very good again. I've said 'problem not resolved' because it had two parts and one part appears not to be a Sync2 problem
