Still working on getting Outlook 2007 removed. As this is interfering with Sync2 and my Outlook 2016. This configuration has been like this for a while and Sync2 had been working. Not sure what changed to cause Sync2 to stop. It was taking to long for the Microsoft fix program to work so I let Jeff go and will let the program run on it's own. I still may need to contact support once this has completed.

Jeff did an OUTSTANDING job of helping me. I had a total mess on my hands with a new phone and two Google email accounts that I wasnt aware of. I also had 2500 events in my calendar. He must have reloaded 10 times and stuck with me. He really was so very patient, kind, brilliant and figured it all out.
