The problem is still not yet resolved but Tyler, your rep, said to wait it will take a long time to sync. her responses were all excellent. i would prefer to be able to speak live with a tech support person

Still working on getting Outlook 2007 removed. As this is interfering with Sync2 and my Outlook 2016. This configuration has been like this for a while and Sync2 had been working. Not sure what changed to cause Sync2 to stop. It was taking to long for the Microsoft fix program to work so I let Jeff go and will let the program run on it's own. I still may need to contact support once this has completed. Service from Jeff was really good ...just need to let things run on my end
