There was a setup issue that took a while to resolve because to reload the software on my new computer required my loading a trial version that had expired. It took a while to diagnose why my contacts were not being refreshed. Suggest not requiring a trial version to be the way to reload sync2 on a new computer. However, I must say that I am trilled that it was resolved by your staff!
