It has been a great experience, my problem was solved very quickly and professionally. The salesperson I spoke later one was not pushy, gave good info. That approach makes sure I'll come to your company if I need a functionality one of your products covers.

Initial problems staying connected to live chat were dealt with efficiently and promptly with clear instructions given. The Customer Support representative was very helpful. The only reason why the enquiry wasn't resolved today is that the suggested solution will be attempted tomorrow.
